For all refunds processed for the 2025 season, an admin charge of $50 will incur per weekly session and per player, refunds will be processed within 45 days of request. Credit funds on all accounts are non-refundable for all seasons. NOTE: Due to space availability and other factors, there is NO guarantee that any requested change will be approved once registration has been processed. Barcelona Palm Beach Soccer is providing additional peace of mind during these uncertain times for our valued families by offering the option of Cancellation Protection. Due at the time of initial registration, the Cancellation Protection Option entitles you to a full or partial refund of the soccer camp registration fees paid minus the non-refundable cost of Cancellation Protection fee when Barcelona Palm Beach Soccer receives your email notice to cancel your registration as follows: Full refund of camp fee when registration cancellation email is received more than 45 days prior to the start of camp. 50% refund of camp fee when registration cancellation email is received between 45 days and 30 days prior to the start of camp. No refund less than 30 days’ notice prior to the start of camp. If you need to cancel your reservation, contact Barcelona Palm Beach Soccer as soon as possible via email. The non refundable charge for the Cancellation Protection is 10% of the published camp fees paid to Barcelona Palm Beach Soccer at time of initial registration. If you do not have Cancellation Protection and must cancel, consult the terms and conditions of the applicable soccer camp above. Every year a few parents have to cancel their child’s participation at the last minute due to illness, injury or other unexpected event. Such cancellation can result in loss of travel costs, loss of camp fees and medical expenses. We strongly urge you to obtain insurance from an insurance broker of your choice. Certain travel insurance protects you in case your child’s travel plans must be cancelled. Certain medical insurance covers your child in the event of injury or illness. For your convenience, you can check the Insurance Section on our website for Travel Insurance coverage. NOTE: We do not recommend any particular insurance carrier.
